📣 Early Release Day Reminder! 🧡💙
A quick reminder to our HFES families that we have an Early Release Day coming up- Friday, October 9th. Dismissal will begin at 12:10 PM.
📌 Important Lunch Update: In accordance with state requirements, lunch will now be available to students on half days. Lunch will consist of cold sandwiches with sides rather than the pizza currently listed on the menu calendar.
We know that early dismissal can require a little extra planning for families, so please be sure to review your child’s dismissal arrangements ahead of time.

Let your student be your guide as you visit classrooms, meet staff, and check out the many things happening throughout our school!
A friendly reminder: For the safety of all of our students, students must remain with and be accompanied by their parent/caregiver or another supervising adult at all times while moving throughout the building. Please help us make the evening safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Don't Forget!!! Tomorrow is our Hawk Kick Off for Students in Grades 1-4.
Join us Thursday August 27th for our annual Hawk Kick Off!
Students in grades 1-4 are invited to meet their teacher, tour their classroom, and drop off any school supplies. Each grade will host their own session. Please ensure that you are on time for your child's session so that the opportunity to meet their teacher is not missed. It is important to note that parking is limited so please be considerate of the event scheduled end times.
Students will be escorted by staff into the building at the start of their session time and will be returned back out to families at the back playground for 'Popsicles with the Principals'.
Grades 1: Classroom Visit 1:45-2:00 then Popsicle Party 2:00-2:15
Grade 2: Classroom Visit 2:00-2:15 then Popsicle Party 2:15-2:30
Grade 3: Classroom Visit 2:15-2:30 then Popsicle Party 2:30-2:45
